We do our best to ensure the greatest care is taken during processing and packaging. However, if a product is found to be damaged, or defective, we will happily replace the product. In some instances, the customer will need to provide proof of defect, and cover any necessary shipping costs. Use the contact form to reach us regarding any issues.
